SME Cash Loans Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Source, acquire, and onboard new SME clients for cash loan products

• Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, client meetings, loan structuring, documentation, and disbursement

• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with SME owners and referral partners

• Work with Credit, Risk, and Operations teams to ensure smooth loan processing and compliance with bank policies and BSP regulations

• Monitor the portfolio quality of your clients and support collections when needed

• Track market trends and competitor offers, and share insights with the team

• Maintain accurate records in CRM and submit regular sales reports

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience selling SME cash loans in a bank in the Philippines

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets

• Excellent spoken and written English and Tagalog

• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

• Ability to adapt quickly to change and perform well in a fast-paced environment

• Good understanding of SME lending, credit assessment basics, and KYC/AML requirements

• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently
