Content Creator & Digital Marketing Specialist (NYSC)
Location: Abuja (Hybrid)
Our business operates within the built environment, with interests in structural engineering, property development and real estate. We are looking for someone who can help build our digital presence, create compelling content and develop effective marketing strategies that attract potential clients and property buyers.
Who We Are Looking For
We want someone who understands that good marketing is more than posting pictures and promotional flyers.
You should be able to walk onto a construction site, identify an interesting development, tell its story through video and photography, and create content that makes people appreciate the thought, expertise and value behind the property.
You should also understand that the ultimate measure of successful marketing is not just likes and followers, but genuine enquiries, new clients and property sales.
Key Responsibilities
• Plan, create and manage engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
• Document ongoing projects, including site visits, structural assessments, design processes, construction progress and completed properties.
• Produce high-quality videos, reels, property walkthroughs, photographs and promotional materials.
• Develop creative storytelling approaches that communicate the value of our designs, consultancy services and properties.
• Manage social media accounts and maintain a consistent content calendar.
• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to generate leads and attract prospective property buyers.
• Manage paid advertising campaigns and monitor their performance.
• Track engagement, enquiries, lead conversion and overall marketing performance.
• Identify content and marketing opportunities from our ongoing projects and business activities.
Requirements
• Proven experience in content creation and digital marketing.
• Good video shooting, editing and photography skills.
• Proficiency in tools such as CapCut, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent.
• Strong storytelling, communication and copywriting skills.
• Ability to identify interesting stories and marketing opportunities from everyday business activities.
• Willingness to participate in property visits, site inspections and project documentation.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative and deliver results.
• Experience in real estate, architecture, construction or property marketing will be an advantage.
