WE’RE HIRING: SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER (FULL-TIME | BALI)

DORÉE is looking for a Social Media Manager to join our team in Bali.

This position is open to local Indonesian candidates only.

We’re looking for a creative, highly organized, and proactive individual who understands how to build brands through social media. You’ll help manage our clients’ digital presence, coordinate content production, and ensure every detail reflects the quality and positioning of the brands we work with.

Responsibilities

• Manage social media accounts and content calendars for client brands.
• Coordinate content planning, copywriting, publishing, and scheduling.
• Monitor social media trends, audience engagement, and performance.
• Work closely with the creative and strategy teams to maintain brand consistency.
• Track key performance indicators and prepare regular reports.
• Keep content production organized and ensure deadlines are met.

Requirements

• Local Indonesian candidate.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong written English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Experience managing social media accounts and creating content.
• Good understanding of Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects professionally.
• Proactive attitude, creative thinking, and willingness to support wherever needed.
