Software Business Analyst

Medicover Tech, established in 2010, is the internal software service provider within Medicover Group. Our mission is to capture and translate business requirements into innovative IT solutions and to develop software applications that support the Healthcare and Diagnostic industry. What will you be working on?

You'll be the bridge between business and technology, making sure that the right problems are understood and the right solutions are delivered.

Your role will involve:

• Understanding business needs, gathering requirements and translating them into clear, actionable specifications for development teams.
• Working closely with stakeholders, key users, business teams and support teams to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Facilitating workshops and discussions to explore requirements, map workflows and define use cases, user stories and scenarios.
• Collaborating with development teams and external suppliers throughout the project lifecycle, from initial discovery to implementation and validation.
• Defining acceptance criteria, reviewing requirements and ensuring that delivered solutions meet business expectations.
• Prioritizing requirements, managing the backlog and keeping track of project progress.
• Testing business processes, validating functionalities and identifying opportunities to improve existing applications.
• Preparing release documentation and supporting teams during pre-production and production activities.
• Collaborating with UX designers to shape intuitive digital experiences, from information architecture to usability and interface design.
• Helping investigate critical issues and ensuring smooth communication between technical and business stakeholders.

What makes you a great fit?

We're looking for someone who combines analytical thinking, technical curiosity and great communication skills.

Ideally, you bring:

• Experience working with Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of REST API design and integrations.
• Understanding of data modelling and database relationships.
• Working knowledge of Transact-SQL.
• Experience with UML modelling.
• Familiarity with UX Business Analysis, wireframes, mockups and user interaction flows.
• Experience in product discovery and requirements gathering.
• Knowledge of Material Design principles.
• A proactive mindset, strong organizational skills and the ability to manage priorities.
• Good English communication skills, both written and spoken.

And because technology keeps evolving, we'd love to see some curiosity about AI, too!

We're interested in people who:

• Use AI assistants such as Microsoft Copilot 365 to support requirements gathering and documentation.
• Know how to create effective prompts for Business Analysis activities.
• Can critically review AI-generated user stories, acceptance criteria and documentation.
• Understand the importance of AI governance, data privacy, ethics and responsible AI usage.
• Experience with integration projects is a plus.
