Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and forward-thinking Software Developer to lead the design and implementation of enterprise-level technology initiatives. This position plays a crucial role in shaping scalable, fault-tolerant software solutions and requires a systems-minded developer who thrives in collaborative environments. The ideal candidate will be comfortable engaging with both technical teams and executive leadership to bring complex projects from concept to completion. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop scalable, decoupled, and fault-tolerant software solutions Analyze inter-system workflows and identify opportunities for improvement Synthesize complex data into actionable insights and recommendations Manage multiple projects and priorities effectively Collaborate across departments to deliver reliable software solutions Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality Perform other duties as assigned Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or in final stages of completion) Master’s degree in a related discipline is a plus Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in software development Technical Skills: Proficient in .NET and C# Strong experience with SQL Deep understanding of object-oriented programming Experience with distributed systems and full-stack development Comfortable working in Agile development environments Architectural thinking and systems-level understanding Additional Competencies: Adaptability to new technologies and programming languages Timely and precise project execution Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative spirit Fluency in English is required Other Requirements: Willingness to contribute wherever needed to support broader company objectives Ability to work effectively with diverse teams Work for the most exciting companies in the North American Market.
