Software QA Tester (Mid-Level) — Hybrid

We're looking for a detail-oriented Software QA Tester to join our team and help us ship high-quality software. This is a hybrid role, combining in-office collaboration with remote flexibility.

What You'll Do

• Design, write, and execute manual and automated test cases for web/mobile applications .
• Identify, document, and track bugs using tools like Jira or similar issue trackers .
• Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand requirements and acceptance criteria
• Perform regression, functional, integration, and exploratory testing
• Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives as part of an Agile team
• Help define and improve QA processes and best practices

What We're Looking For

• 2-4 years of experience in software QA/testing
• Solid understanding of QA methodologies, SDLC, and Agile workflows
• Experience with test case management tools (TestRail, Zephyr, or similar)
• Familiarity with at least one automation framework (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, etc.)
• Basic understanding of SQL for data validation
• Experience testing APIs (Postman or similar tools) is a plus
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
• Exposure to performance or security testing
• ISTQB certification
