An established Dundee firm is looking to recruit an Employment Solicitor, advising a varied client base on both contentious and non-contentious employment matters.

The role will be shaped around the successful candidate’s experience. For more junior solicitors, it offers broad exposure and close support as you build your practice. For experienced lawyers, there’s scope to run complex matters, lead client relationships and play a key part in the team’s growth.

The role

• Advise clients across the full range of employment law issues
• Run Employment Tribunal claims, including preparing ET3s
• Give day-to-day HR and employee relations advice
• Draft contracts, policies and settlement agreements
• Handle the employment aspects of corporate transactions
• Deliver client training sessions and legal updates

About you

• Employment law experience, from newly qualified through to senior level
• Confident managing client relationships and a caseload suited to your experience
• Commercially minded with a practical, solutions-focused approach
• Excellent communication and drafting skills
