Job Description
This is a remote position.
As an ERP Implementation Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining customized software applications and integrations based on client requirements. You will work closely with the business analysis and project management teams to ensure seamless deployment, integration, and customization of software products. The role will involve API integrations, creating custom workflows, data migration, data reporting and providing ongoing support to ensure that clients maximize the value of their software investments.
Key Responsibilities:

Software Development & Customization:
- Develop, configure, and customize software applications based on client needs, including custom fields, forms, reports, and dashboards.
- Create custom workflows, automations, and extensions using scripting and low-code platforms.
- Ensure that customizations align with client objectives and best practices.

API Integration & Data Migration:
- Develop and maintain API integrations between the client's software and third-party systems (e.g., CRM, ERP, accounting, or marketing platforms).
- Perform data migrations, including extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes to ensure smooth transitions from legacy systems to new platforms.

Application Development & Deployment:
- Design and build custom applications using low-code/no-code platforms and traditional coding where needed.
- Ensure smooth deployment of software solutions, including testing and quality assurance before go-live.

Collaboration & Solution Design:
- Collaborate with solution architects, project managers, and business analysts to understand and deliver technical solutions that meet client requirements.
- Participate in client meetings to gather technical requirements and propose appropriate software solutions.

- Provide post-implementation support to resolve technical issues, make enhancements, and optimize existing solutions.

- Perform thorough testing of customizations and integrations to ensure they meet functional and technical requirements.

- Create and maintain technical documentation, including system architecture, workflows, and custom developments, for both internal use and client handover.

Requirements
Experience:
- 2+ years of experience working as a developer or technical consultant in a software implementation role.
- Hands-on experience with scripting, low-code platforms, or application customization in a business environment.
- Experience with API development and integration.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python) or other languages relevant to customizations.
- Strong understanding of application customization and workflow automation.
- Experience working with REST/SOAP APIs and integration tools.
- Familiarity with databases (e.g., SQL) and data management.
- Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS) is a plus.
Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with clients and internal teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
