The company provides supplier verification, product sourcing, pre-shipment inspection with detailed photo reporting, consolidation, and freight coordination to create one accountable China-side process. Remaq ensures factories are verified before deposits are paid, batches are inspected against specifications before shipment, and multiple suppliers are consolidated into managed shipments. The team serves importers, brands, and China-side agents who need reliable visibility and control over their supply chain operations in China. Role Description The Sourcing Specialist (Chinese-speaking) is a full-time remote role responsible for identifying, evaluating, and managing suppliers in China. This role includes conducting supplier research and verification, coordinating product sourcing requests, and supporting pre-shipment inspections and quality checks. The specialist will communicate with factories in Chinese, gather and validate quotations, negotiate terms, and ensure that products meet agreed specifications and timelines. Day-to-day tasks also involve maintaining accurate sourcing documentation, supporting consolidation and shipment coordination, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to resolve sourcing and supply issues. The role requires proactive communication, attention to detail, and consistent follow-through to keep buyers informed and the China-side process accountable.

• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills for supplier evaluation, cost comparison, and data-driven decision making.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including fluent Chinese and English, for clear interaction with suppliers and international clients.
• Candidates should possess Contract Negotiation and Procurement skills to secure favorable terms, manage purchase orders, and support long-term supplier relationships.
• Candidates should possess Recruiting and vendor-sourcing abilities to identify, screen, and onboard reliable manufacturers and service providers.
• Experience in international trade, logistics, or supply chain management is highly beneficial.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple sourcing projects and deadlines remotely.
• Comfort with digital tools (e.g., spreadsheets, online sourcing platforms, communication apps) and basic documentation/reporting skills.
• Relevant education in business, supply chain, international trade, or a related field is preferred but not required with strong experience.
