Supplier Enablement Subject Matter Expert

Location: UK – Remote

Contract: 12 months

We are seeking a hands-on Supplier Enablement Subject Matter Expert to support a global procurement digital transformation programme. You will lead supplier communications and automation, onboard suppliers to a procurement portal, configure catalogs and cXML integrations, and provide technical guidance to the wider enablement team.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage Microsoft Power Automate flows for supplier communications, reminders, surveys and post-go-live updates.
• Support supplier onboarding through Coupa Supplier Portal and manage supplier engagement and readiness tracking.
• Configure and migrate hosted catalogs, PunchOut catalogs and cXML connections.
• Validate catalog item-load files, troubleshoot integration issues and support technical testing.
• Provide first-level technical escalation support, prepare SOPs and deliver knowledge transfer.
• Coordinate with suppliers, procurement stakeholders and IT teams on testing, migration, cutover and go-live activities.

Essential Skills and Experience

• Hands-on experience building and configuring Microsoft Power Automate flows.
• Practical experience with cXML, PunchOut and hosted catalog setup.
• Experience with supplier portals; Coupa Supplier Portal is preferred.
• Knowledge of EDI and EDI-to-cXML conversion.
• Strong supplier communication, troubleshooting and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Desirable: Coupa catalog/cXML enablement experience on a transformation or migration programme, plus SAP knowledge.

This is a remote UK contract role suited to a technically capable supplier enablement professional who can deliver hands-on work and act as a subject-matter expert for the team.
