About us

At Squarcle, our people are at the heart of what we do. We’re a digitally native supply chain consultancy, helping clients transform how they plan, buy, and operate. Squarcle is a fast-growing SME with offerings across enterprise design and change, supply chain and digital capabilities.

Transforming procurement and supply chains with expert insight, digital innovation and data driven precision, we combine deep supply chain expertise with cutting-edge digital tools and data science to deliver practical, lasting results. Whether it’s optimising end-to-end processes, redesigning supply chain networks, improving cost-to-serve, or shaping smarter S&OP strategies - we work side by side with clients to build supply chains that are efficient, resilient, and fit for the future.

Your part in our mission

We’re recruiting 10 Analysts (Graduates) to join Squarcle: five within our Procurement Capability and five within our Enterprise, Digitisation and Change Capability. You’ll help clients tackle complex challenges and deliver practical, lasting improvements, while building your consulting skills through our Graduate Programme.

Within Procurement, you’ll work alongside experienced consultants to help public and private sector clients make smarter, more sustainable and compliant procurement decisions. You’ll gain exposure to how organisations source goods and services, manage suppliers, improve procurement processes and strengthen their supply chains, while developing your understanding of how AI and data-driven tools are transforming procurement and supply chains.

Within Enterprise, Digitisation and Change (commonly known as P3M), you’ll support clients with organisational change and digital transformation, helping turn ideas into practical improvements to how they work. You don’t need to have a fixed preference when you apply: we’ll explore your interests and aspirations with you during the recruitment process.

Our structure

At Squarcle, we work in a matrix structure designed to support your growth and success. You’ll have a Performance Manager to guide your career development, an Engagement Manager to support your day-to-day project work, and a Capability Lead to ensure best practice across tools, people, and processes. Graduates joining our Procurement Capability will work closely with Andrew, our Head of Procurement. Graduates joining our Enterprise, Digitisation and Change Capability will join the capability led by LK Coleman, Capability Lead. Your Performance Manager and project assignment will be confirmed once your first engagement is agreed.

Our Graduate Programme

As part of your first year, you’ll join Squarcle’s 12-month Graduate Programme – designed to accelerate your development and build your consulting foundation. You’ll benefit from:

  • Tailored workshops on consulting, procurement, digital delivery, and change
  • On-the-job training through live client projects
  • Learning and development support from experienced consultants and mentors
  • Structured feedback and career coaching to help you progress confidently into a Consultant role
  • After successful completion of the Graduate Programme, you will promote to Consultant level in line with the next available promotion cycle
  • Please note: you must be available to start work in January 2027

This is what you’ll be doing

As an Analyst, you’ll learn how to deliver impactful work from day one. Your activities will vary depending on your capability and client engagement, and may include:

  • Supporting stakeholder engagement and helping ensure the right voices are heard
  • Preparing for and contributing to client workshops where problems are explored and solutions take shape
  • Carrying out analysis and turning it into clear, well-structured outputs
  • Assisting in drafting options appraisals that help clients make confident decisions
  • Supporting the creation of tools, models, and project materials to help clients improve procurement, ways of working, or digital delivery
  • Contributing to briefings and advice, learning how to balance support with challenge

We’ll continue develop and measure your success in the following areas

  • Each engagement will have a set of deliverables which you will be responsible for. We’ll measure your success in the following areas:
  • You deliver outputs that are consistently high quality, accurate, and insightful
  • You show a genuine drive to learn and continuously improve your craft as a consultant
  • You demonstrate professionalism in every interaction, earning trust from clients and colleagues
  • You communicate clearly and effectively - tailoring your style to your audience and making complex ideas easy to understand

Where you’ll be stretched (and thrive)

  • Consulting at pace: you’ll be challenged to balance analysis with action, adapting your approach to different clients and contexts
  • Working through ambiguity: not every brief will be neatly defined, and success will come from creating clarity where none exists
  • Stakeholder management: you’ll need to quickly build trust, influence decisions, and bring diverse voices together around a common goal

We think you’ll love

  • Join a rapidly growing team: your impact will be visible and your ideas can shape how we grow
  • Real opportunities to progress: as the team scales, so will your career
  • Help clients tackle complex challenges: making a tangible difference through procurement, enterprise, digitisation, and change projects that matter

This isn’t just another graduate scheme – it’s a launchpad for a meaningful career in consulting.

The skills you’ll need to succeed in this role

  • A strong academic background (minimum 2:1 or equivalent preferred)
  • A keen interest in procurement, project, programme and portfolio management, and a curiosity about how organisations can work more effectively
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • A collaborative mindset and desire to continuously learn

Some experience through internships, placements, or part-time work in procurement, commercial, digital, data-driven, or change-related roles would be an advantage, but is not essential.

How we’ll assess your skills

Our assessment process for this role will involve two steps:

Step 1: Your CV will be assessed against the requirements for the role. Make sure you have drawn upon your relevant experience, skills and knowledge within your CV.

Step 2: Attend an Assessment Day on Wednesday, 25 November 2026 at our Bristol office on Queen Square, where you will deliver a short presentation, take part in a group exercise, and have the opportunity to meet members of our team. We’ll also talk with you about your interests, what motivates you, and the type of work you would like to explore.

Finding the right capability for you: We’re recruiting five graduates into Procurement and five into Enterprise, Digitisation and Change. We’ll decide capability allocations following the Assessment Day, taking into account what you demonstrate through the activities alongside our conversations about your interests, aspirations, and preferences. You don’t need to choose a capability before applying: the process is an opportunity for us to explore together where your skills and interests are best suited.

Remember, interviews are a two-way street. While we’re getting to know your fit for the role, take the time to ask questions too - so you can see if we’re the right place for the next step in your career.
