  • Oversee the development of strategic deliverables, including partnership plans, recommendations, executive presentations, POVs, and growth opportunities, ensuring all materials are client-ready and insight-driven.
  • Develop and maintain partnership planning, reporting, and measurement tools to support strategic decision-making, stakeholder alignment, and sponsorship performance evaluation.
  • Apply expertise in integrated marketing, consumer engagement, content, social media, influencer marketing, and experiential programs to inform partnership strategy and maximize sponsorship effectiveness.
  • Lead partnership planning and implementation across annual and event-specific initiatives, ensuring programs align with strategic objectives, deliver measurable impact, and remain on budget.
  • Guide the review and evaluation of creative concepts, campaigns, and partnership initiatives, ensuring alignment with sponsorship objectives and client goals.
  • Consult on the utilization of sponsorship assets, including merchandise, show cars, hospitality, talent access, and other rights, helping maximize partnership value and stakeholder impact.
  • Travel is required, including some weekends and occasional holidays, depending on client assignments.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in sponsorship consulting, partnership strategy, sports and entertainment marketing, brand consulting, account leadership, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience working in Formula 1 on the brand, agency, or property side.
  • Experience developing, managing, or advising on sponsorship and partnership strategies for global brands, rights holders, agencies, or consulting organizations.
  • Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and provide strategic recommendations that align partnerships with business objectives.
  • Ability to present ideas and collaborate effectively in team environments while providing and receiving constructive feedback.
