About Us AccuKnox is a Zero Trust CNAPP Provider. Job Description This is a remote position. Role Overview We are looking for a motivated SRE Support Trainee to join our DevSecops team. You will work alongside experienced DevOps Engineers to ensure the reliability, scalability and performance of our systems. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about infrastructure, monitoring and incident reporting Requirements Key Duties & Responsibilities Assist in monitoring system performance, uptime and reliability Support incident response, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis Monitor SRE alerts on Slack channels and actively report issues Learn and assist with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP) Collaborate with development and DevOps teams ​ Good to have skills: Knowledge on Prometheus Grafana or telemetry - Exposure to Kubernetes Understanding of cloud fundamentals Nice to have: Strong Skillset in DevOps and Kubernetes ​ Benefits Timing - Night Shift Weekend - Will be provided with the compensatory off
