Sr/Mid Talent Management Associate What you will do: A Sr/Mid Talent Management Associate's main objective is to attract, engage, and develop talent that can contribute to Bobobox's success. What your key accountability looks like: Understand the end-to-end process of HR management. Understand the core business process of Bobobox. Maintain a productive, professional, and empathetic relationship with internal and external stakeholders. Lead recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives across branches and HQ. Develop and own learning & development programs. Drive company culture & values initiatives. Drive employer branding initiatives. Analyze HR metrics to inform retention and engagement strategies. Coach and guide junior associates in day-to-day tasks and professional growth. You will fit in this job if you are/have: Bachelor's degree in psychology is preferred Min. 4 years of work experience as a talent acquisition specialist or similar role in a startup company Preferably have experience as an HR generalist In-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruitment Critical thinker with strong analytical skills High sense of ownership Good problem-solving skills Comfortable working in a team or independently with minimal supervision Disciplined and good time management skills Able to perform well under pressure Good interpersonal communication skills Department People and Culture Locations Bandung HQ Remote status Hybrid Employment type Full-time Our Perks & Benefits 🏄🏻‍♀️ 12 days Paid Leave We value that you get more time with your family and friends.
