Role Overview

Join Job Duck as a Staffer Skills Facilitator and play a key role in strengthening employee growth and development across the organization. In this position, you will lead initiatives that identify skill gaps, coordinate impactful training programs, and support team members in reaching their professional goals. Your work will directly influence performance outcomes, employee engagement, and the overall learning culture. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured yet fast changing environment, enjoys working cross functionally, and is passionate about helping others grow. You will make a meaningful impact by aligning training strategies with organizational needs and fostering continuous improvement.

Schedule:

Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM EST (USA)

Your Responsibilities Will Include but Are Not Limited To:

• Managing personal development plans and performance improvement plans for employees
• Supporting succession planning by identifying high potential talent and aligning development opportunities
• Staying updated on workforce development trends and incorporating best practices into programs
• Promoting a strong learning culture and encouraging participation in development programs
• Participating in regular team meetings and performance discussions with leadership
• Collaborating with trainers and content creators to ensure training materials meet skill requirements
• Monitoring training participation, engagement, and effectiveness, providing regular performance reports
• Advising managers and teams on training strategies based on performance feedback and gaps
• Coordinating training schedules with department leaders to align with operational priorities
• Maintaining accurate training records and tracking progress on development initiatives
• Conducting skills audits, training needs analysis, and gap assessments to identify development opportunities
• Developing and coordinating training plans aligned with organizational goals and performance needs

What We’re Looking For:

• At least three to five years of experience in Learning and Development or Skills Development roles
• Experience conducting training needs analysis, skill audits, and performance evaluations
• Familiarity with adult learning principles and training methodologies
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, Psychology, or related field preferred but not required
• Certification in Skills Development Facilitation or Adult Education is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-accountability environment
• Full-time position aligned with operational business hours
• Reliable computer setup (laptop/PC, headset, stable internet min. 10 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload)
• Quiet, distraction-free remote work environment
