Start your analyst career in investment management with our Manager Selection Team, where you will work with leading global asset managers and develop expertise across diverse asset classes. What You Will Be Doing
Join the Manager Selection Team at Danske Bank Asset Management. The team is responsible for identifying, selecting and monitoring asset managers and investment funds used across Danske Bank's investment platform. You will collaborate with portfolio managers and analysts to deliver multi-asset portfolio solutions. Working closely with internal teams and external partners, you will contribute to strategic decisions that shape our investment products and client outcomes.

You will build valuable connections across the organisation while developing both personally and professionally. Furthermore, we provide substantial learning opportunities where you will acquire specialised knowledge in investment strategy, asset allocation, and manager selection.
You will work in our Copenhagen office with a hybrid model of 3 to 4 days per week to support collaboration and knowledge sharing. As Manager Selection is a strategic focus area, you will gradually take on more responsibility as the business develops and grows.

- Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses of portfolio management teams and investment strategies
- Support manager searches, due diligence reviews and investment recommendation processes on internal and external opportunities
- Monitor performance, risk and key investment characteristics across various asset classes and investment products
- Contribute to the design and management of asset class specific investment strategies
- Collaborate with portfolio managers and analysts on multi-asset solutions
- Academic background in investment analysis, finance, economics, or related field
- Analytical mindset with structured approach to problem-solving
- Strong collaborative skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders
- Interest in financial markets and investment management
- Clear communication skills for internal and external interactions
