About the role
From new store fit-outs and network refreshes to pop-ups and wholesale displays in department stores and travel retail, our physical spaces are where people step into the world of T2. You'll report to the Store Development Manager and run the coordination behind every project across Australia and New Zealand: programs, contractors, landlords, purchase orders and handovers. The goal is simple: every project opens on time, on budget, to T2 standards, with as little disruption to trade as possible.
Key responsibilities
- Project Delivery: Coordinate end-to-end delivery of new stores, relocations, refits, pop-ups and minor works from project brief through to handover and close-out
- Program & Cost Management: Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, procurement and variations to meet agreed timelines and commercial objectives
- Design & Approvals: Coordinate design development, documentation, shop drawings, landlord approvals, statutory requirements and construction compliance in line with brand standards
- Contractor & Supplier Management: Lead day-to-day coordination of contractors, fabricators, equipment vendors and delivery partners to ensure quality, cost and program outcomes
- Stakeholder & Partner Coordination: Align internal teams, landlords and external partners to deliver retail environments, branded fixtures and wholesale displays across all customer-facing channels
- Quality, Safety & Continuous Improvement: Oversee construction quality, site safety, handover, defect resolution and post-opening reviews to drive continuous improvement
About you
- 2–4 years' experience in retail fitout coordination, shopfitting project administration, tenancy coordination or commercial interiors.
- A track record of running several live projects or rollouts at once within tight delivery windows.
- Confident reading and redlining architectural sets, joinery shop drawings, reflected ceiling plans and services drawings.
- Proficient in MS Suite, with basic drafting & viewing skills in AutoCAD (or similar), SketchUp & Adobe Suite.
- Experience raising purchase orders, matching claims and tracking committed project spend.
- Familiar with AU/NZ landlord fitout design guides, shopping centre delivery rules and the basics of the NCC/BCA.
- A sharp eye for detail. You spot the issue on the drawing before it becomes a problem on site.
- Calm under pressure and a great communicator, comfortable coordinating trades, handling landlord pushback and updating senior stakeholders.
Life at T2
- Enjoy a 50% discount to spoil yourself, plus endless cups of tea.
- Get recognition and rewards. T2 celebrates our teams' contributions through our Moment Makers program
- Volunteer leave day per year with a purpose aligned organisation.
