Strategic Finance Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time remote position as a Strategic Finance Manager. In this role, you will provide financial insights to support strategic business decisions, analyze complex financial data, and prepare detailed reports. Responsibilities include developing financial models, managing budgets, overseeing forecasting processes, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. You will collaborate with stakeholders to improve financial performance, identify opportunities for growth, and implement financial strategies.

Qualifications

• Strong financial modeling, budget management, and forecasting skills
• Expertise in compliance, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities
• Proficiency in financial systems, advanced Excel, and relevant accounting software
• Strong communication and leadership skills to liaise with stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or CFA certification is preferred
• Previous experience in strategic finance, accounting, or a related role
• Ability to work independently and remotely while meeting deadlines
• Experience in financial planning for growing businesses or multi-functional projects is a plus
