MaxOhr Technologies is an innovation-driven technology company focused on solving real-world problems through hardware engineering, electronics, product development, refabrication engineering, and practical innovation.

We develop, repair, modify, and refabricate electronic products and systems to make technology more functional, accessible, sustainable, and valuable.

Our approach goes beyond conventional repair. Through Refabrication Engineering, we explore what more an existing product or technology can become—reconstructing, modifying, and improving it to unlock capabilities beyond its original design.

We are now preparing for our next phase of growth, including the development and commercialization of innovative hardware and energy solutions, expansion of our services, strategic partnerships, and access to larger markets.



About the Opportunity

MaxOhr Technologies is seeking a Strategic Investment & Growth Partner to voluntarily support the company as we transition from an early-stage, founder-driven operation into a more structured and scalable technology business.

This is not a conventional employment or internship position.

We are looking for experienced individuals who can contribute through investment access, funding opportunities, strategic introductions, partnerships, mentorship, business development, industry expertise, and professional networks.

You may be an investor, entrepreneur, founder, executive, senior professional, business leader, industry expert, funding specialist, or someone with meaningful access to relevant networks and opportunities.

Your value does not necessarily have to come from investing personally. Your ability to connect MaxOhr to the right people and opportunities is equally valuable.



What You Will Do

Depending on your expertise and network, you may:

• Identify and connect MaxOhr Technologies with potential investors and funding opportunities.
• Introduce the company to grant providers, accelerators, venture funds, angel investors, and other funding institutions.
• Facilitate strategic relationships with potential corporate, technology, manufacturing, distribution, and institutional partners.
• Provide mentorship and strategic guidance on business growth, commercialization, investment readiness, and scaling.
• Help identify opportunities for our products, services, and innovation projects.
• Open doors to relevant markets, customers, organizations, and industry networks.
• Advise on positioning MaxOhr Technologies for local, African, and international opportunities.
• Support the development of strategic relationships that can accelerate our innovation projects.
• Where appropriate, help us navigate the journey from prototype → validation → commercialization → scale.
