Strategy Director

Role Description The Strategy Director is a part-time, remote role responsible for shaping and guiding the company’s long-term business direction in the Ayurvedic healthcare space. This role involves developing and refining corporate and product strategies, assessing market trends, and identifying growth opportunities across regions and channels. The Strategy Director will collaborate with senior leadership to evaluate performance, define strategic priorities, and translate insights into clear initiatives and action plans. Day-to-day work includes conducting strategic reviews, leading cross-functional planning sessions, providing consulting support to internal teams, and preparing concise reports and presentations for decision-makers. The role also includes monitoring competitive activity, advising on partnerships or new ventures, and ensuring that strategic decisions align with the company’s mission and values.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, market insights, and performance metrics for informed decision-making.
• Proficiency in Strategic Planning and Business Strategy to design, evaluate, and implement long-term growth initiatives.
• Experience in Consulting and Management Consulting to guide internal stakeholders and support organizational change.
• Proven leadership and collaboration skills to work effectively with executive teams and cross-functional groups.
• Background in healthcare, wellness, or Ayurvedic/FMCG sectors is highly beneficial.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with capacity to explain complex ideas in a clear, structured way.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Management, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, part-time setting while managing multiple strategic priorities.
