Strategy Director

Role Description The Strategy Director is a part-time, remote role responsible for guiding the strategic direction of Rons Enviro Care LLC – Official and its diversified divisions. This role involves assessing market trends, evaluating business performance, and developing strategic plans to support growth and operational efficiency. Day-to-day tasks include conducting data-driven analyses, leading strategic initiatives, and collaborating with senior leadership to refine business models and service offerings. The Strategy Director will also provide management consulting support to internal stakeholders, oversee the implementation of strategic projects, and recommend improvements to processes and resource allocation. Regular communication with executive leadership and key functional teams is expected to ensure alignment with the company’s long-term vision.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data, identify trends, and support evidence-based decision-making.
• Proficiency in strategic planning and business strategy to develop, implement, and monitor long-term organizational plans.
• Experience in consulting and management consulting, preferably in services, facilities management, or related industries.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a remote, part-time capacity while managing multiple stakeholders and priorities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is an advantage.
• Proven track record in strategic roles, business transformation, or corporate development; experience in the UAE or GCC market is beneficial.
• High level of integrity, sound judgment, and a collaborative mindset aligned with a diverse and inclusive work environment.
