Senior HSE Specialist

Role Description The Owner role at Ai Design ZONE is a part-time, remote position responsible for overseeing all aspects of the business. Day-to-day tasks include defining the company vision, setting strategic goals, and managing operations such as project planning, budgeting, and resource allocation. The Owner will handle client outreach, relationship management, and negotiation of project scopes and agreements. This role also involves guiding AI-driven design initiatives, reviewing deliverables, and ensuring quality standards are met. Additional responsibilities may include managing online presence, coordinating freelancers or collaborators, and monitoring business performance to identify opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Strong business management and leadership skills, including strategic planning, decision-making, and basic financial management.
• Experience with project coordination and operations, such as scheduling, task tracking, and workflow optimization.
• Familiarity with AI tools, digital design platforms, or creative software, and interest in emerging technology trends.

• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, with strong organizational skills and self-motivation.
• Background in design, technology, entrepreneurship, or a related field is beneficial but not required.
