We partner with supply chain teams across the business to turn data into insights and action, supporting end-to-end supply chain processes and strategic initiatives. Working closely with Supply Chain Data & Analytics, business stakeholders, and our growing AI Community, you will have the opportunity to:
- Develop engaging training materials, learning content, guides, and best practices that help colleagues adopt AI tools and new ways of working.
- Build, test, and continuously improve reusable prompt libraries for common Supply Chain and business scenarios.
- Support colleagues in using Microsoft Copilot and other AI solutions effectively, including facilitating workshops, training sessions, demonstrations, and office hours.
- Help identify, qualify, and document AI use cases across Supply Chain and support business users in developing solutions such as Copilot agents and low-code automations.
- Capture and share successful AI use cases, lessons learned, and success stories, while supporting communications and engagement across the Supply Chain AI Community.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain, IT, and Digital & Analytics colleagues globally to monitor adoption, gather feedback, and scale AI capabilities and best practices.
