Job Details — Study Abroad Counsellor

Responsibilities:

• Counsel students on studying abroad based on their profile, budget and career goals
• Recommend suitable countries, universities and programs
• Manage the complete application process from shortlisting to submission
• Guide students with SOPs, LORs, CVs and other application documents
• Support students with scholarships, education loans and visa processes
• Regularly follow up with students and parents
• Maintain student application records and deadlines
• Stay updated on admission requirements, visa rules and university deadlines
• Help convert student enquiries into enrolments

Requirements:

• Previous study abroad counselling experience preferred
• UAE/Dubai experience is a strong advantage
• Good knowledge of major study destinations such as the UK, USA, Canada, Europe and Australia
• Strong communication and counselling skills
• Comfortable speaking with both students and parents
• Organised and able to manage multiple student applications simultaneously
• Strong English communication skills

Ideal Candidate:

Someone who can genuinely understand a student's profile and recommend the right university rather than simply pushing applications.
