SUPERINTENDENT PHARMACIST

About the Role

CallMyDoctor is a startup digital healthcare platform expanding its telemedicine and pharmacy-partner network. We are seeking a qualified Superintendent Pharmacist to provide pharmacy regulatory oversight and support the development of our electronic pharmaceutical services.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional pharmacy and regulatory oversight.
• Coordinate applicable PCN licensing and compliance requirements.
• Support the development and management of our electronic pharmacy operations.
• Identify, verify and onboard licensed partner pharmacies.
• Oversee prescription and medication-related workflows.
• Develop pharmacy SOPs and compliance procedures.
• Support regulatory inspections, audits and pharmacy-related documentation.
• Work with the product and operations teams on pharmacy-related features and processes.

Requirements

• B.Pharm or Pharm.D.
• Fully registered with the Pharmacy Council of Nigeria (PCN).
• Current and valid PCN practicing license.
• Minimum 3 years' relevant experience preferred.
• Experience in retail/community pharmacy, regulatory affairs, e-pharmacy or digital health is an advantage.
• Strong communication, documentation and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working with technology and in a startup environment.
