Location: Rome, NY (Hybrid)
Status: Full Time
Compensation: $30.07/hr - $37.59/hr, actual rates will depend on experience.

The Opportunity - Supervisor, Card Services

AmeriCU Credit Union is seeking a Supervisor, Card Services to lead the daily operations of our Card Services team. This role oversees credit and debit card services, develops and supports employees, resolves complex cardholder issues, and identifies opportunities to improve processes and the member experience.

What You’ll Do as a Supervisor of Card Services

Team Leadership

  • Supervise, coach, and develop Card Services employees.
  • Monitor workloads, performance, service levels, and deadlines.
  • Foster a positive, accountable, and engaging team environment.

Card Operations

  • Oversee daily credit and debit card operations and card issuance.
  • Manage card settlements, postings, Salesforce tickets, cardholder issues, and GL balancing.
  • Partner with card vendors to resolve processing, network, and operational issues.

Member & Operational Support

  • Serve as an escalation point for complex cardholder concerns.
  • Deliver timely, professional, and member-focused solutions.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, workflows, and automation.
  • Maintain knowledge of applicable state and federal card regulations.
