Supply Chain & Operations Coordinator (NetSuite)

Location: 100% Remote

Role Overview
Maintain NetSuite as the single source of truth for inventory, purchase orders, and item masters while coordinating daily logistics with 3PLs, freight carriers, and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities
NetSuite & Inventory: Process daily inventory transactions (adjustments, receipts, assembly completions), track batch/lot expiration dates, and reconcile data across NetSuite, Shopify, and 3PL portals.

Procurement & Vendors: Issue POs based on reorder points, track lead times, match receiving documents with invoices, and manage Certificates of Analysis (CoAs).

3PL & Freight Logistics: Coordinate 3PL shipments, track in-transit freight, prepare Amazon inbound documentation (BoLs, packing slips), and process carrier claims for damaged/missing inventory.

Qualifications & Requirements
Systems: 1+ year of hands-on NetSuite ERP experience required; working knowledge of Shopify, 3PL portals, and intermediate Excel/Google Sheets.

Experience: 1–3 years in supply chain or e-commerce logistics (Hair Care or CPG experience is a plus).

Core Competencies: Strong attention to detail, proactive execution, and clear asynchronous communication.

30-60-90 Day Milestones
30 Days: Onboard onto systems (NetSuite, Shopify, 3PL), learn SKU/BOM structures, and handle daily data entry under supervision.

60 Days: Independently run daily NetSuite transactions, lead weekly multi-channel inventory reconciliations, and manage direct 3PL/vendor communication.

90 Days: Take full ownership of the PO lifecycle, Amazon/wholesale compliance, autonomous claims resolution, and proactive safety-stock tracking.

Skills

1 to 3 years in supply chain, administrative logistics, or order management within CPG, beauty, or e-commerce, with minimum 1 year hands-on NetSuite ERP experience.

Hair Care industry experience, familiarity with Shopify, 3PL/WMS web portals, and intermediate Excel/Google Sheets skills including VLOOKUPs, filters, and basic formulas.
