Provision of end-to-end support from consulting to development and operations, centered on ERP, EDI, and WMS solutions for foreign-affiliated corporations, primarily in the pharmaceutical and medical device industries. Maintenance of a strong competitive advantage through deep expertise, supporting over half of the top 20 global pharmaceutical companies by revenue.
The company is currently seeking engineers fluent in Japanese and English to support business expansion.
[Job Overview]
Serves as a core project team member, handling everything from requirements definition and design to development and operation/maintenance.
As a prime vendor, establishes long-term trust with clients, supports smooth business operations, and handles various proposals and execution for system implementation and operation.
< Key Responsibilities >
Participation in the following projects as a System Engineer:
・Development projects (from requirements definition and design to development, operation, and maintenance)
・Maintenance development and additional development for currently supported systems
・Introduction and support of EDI systems
Actively engage in system development using no-code/low-code tools, in addition to scratch development.
< Project Examples >
■ Client: Pharmaceutical manufacturer
・Technology stack: SAP ERP, EDI, cloud services
・Processes: Implementation, infrastructure operations and maintenance (Full IT outsourcing)
・Projects:
‐Release of cloud services within a highly constrained timeframe prior to domestic business launch by utilizing ERP prototypes
‐Comprehensive support for system infrastructure along with its operations and maintenance to reduce the workload of client personnel
‐Phased expansion of system functions in response to business growth, including additions of product items, sales channels, and logistics bases, user growth, and global IT audit compliance
‐End-to-end support ranging from problem isolation during troubleshooting to system and operational recovery, leveraging strong expertise in sales logistics and accounting operations
■ Client: Pharmaceutical manufacturer
・Technology stack: New business system
・Processes: Issue identification, planning, roadmap formulation, system implementation policy development (Upstream processes)
・Projects:
‐Planning support for the introduction of a new business system to facilitate the in-house sales of generic pharmaceuticals acquired through business acquisition
‐Identification of issues related to JD-NET transactions, laws, industry regulations, and client negotiations, leveraging a proven track record of over 30 implementations
‐Formulation of a roadmap by meticulously separating essential requirements for the launch from post-launch manageable items within a limited timeframe
‐Development of corporate IT governance policies considering future scalability, including system permissions, operational structures, and BCP, led by senior consultants

▶ Mandatory Requirements
・Experience using open-source development languages such as Java, C, and .NET
・Knowledge of SQL statements
