System/Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Gathering and analysing data to provided detailed requirements description for R’n’D team
  
• Submitting reports and Interpreting gathered data to the relevant department heads and management
  
• Take part in product development in close collaboration with Product Managers and R’n’D team
  
• Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management
  
• Helping the management and other teams refine business goals and needs
  
• Creating user stories and tasks description for R’n’D team
  
• Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
  
• Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings
  
• Performing requirements analysis
  
• Documenting and communicating the results of your efforts
  
• Providing leadership, training, coaching, and guidance to junior staff
  
  

Requirements

• Confluence and Jira usage experience on admin level (setting up tasks, processes, pages, restrictions)
  
• Perfectionism on healthy level
  
• Desire to make better processes instead of fixing mistakes
  
• Systematic approach
  
• Data analysis experience is a plus
