Systems Analyst

Role Description This part-time remote Systems Analyst role is responsible for analyzing and improving technology systems that support Secure Seed Capital’s investment and operational activities. The Systems Analyst will review existing workflows and applications, identify gaps and inefficiencies, and recommend enhancements aligned with business objectives and security standards. Day-to-day work includes gathering and documenting requirements from stakeholders, mapping business processes to technical solutions, and collaborating with IT and operations to implement and test system changes. The role also involves troubleshooting system issues, monitoring performance, and helping ensure that technology tools support accurate data, risk controls, and governance practices. The Systems Analyst will maintain clear documentation, provide user support, and contribute to continuous improvement of the firm’s technology environment.

• Candidates should possess foundational Information Technology knowledge, such as familiarity with enterprise applications, databases, and system integrations.
• Candidates should possess Business Analysis capabilities, including requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder communication.
• Candidates should possess effective Troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve technical and process-related issues.
• Additional beneficial qualifications include experience in financial services or family office environments, understanding of cybersecurity and governance principles, and proficiency with documentation tools and project management practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage part-time hours effectively, and communicate clearly with cross-functional teams.
