Skills in Practice

Process analysis: Map existing workflows, identify bottlenecks, and document how work moves between teams.

Requirements gathering: Speak with stakeholders to understand operational needs and translate them into clear requirements.

Improvement planning: Recommend practical changes to reduce unnecessary steps, improve consistency, or strengthen handovers.

Systems coordination: Help assess how business systems support workflows and coordinate updates with technical teams.

Implementation support: Track actions, assist with user guidance, and review whether changes are working as intended.

Your Background

Experience in business analysis, process improvement, operations, or business systems consulting is preferred.

A bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience is welcome.

Structured thinking, clear documentation, and confidence working with different stakeholders will be valuable.

Working Arrangement

Flexible part-time hours can be agreed around workshops, analysis, and implementation milestones.

Hybrid working combines remote analysis and documentation with in-person stakeholder sessions in the UAE when needed.
