What you will do: Analyze procurement markets and independently lead negotiations with suppliers Manage RfX processes, including bidder selection, evaluation, and communication throughout the process Finalize contracts and manage their implementation in procurement systems such as SAP, including purchase order creation and administration Monitor delivery schedules, manage reminders, and handle returns and claims Review and optimize service contracts to ensure market competitiveness and compliance with procurement guidelines Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to support efficient and cost-effective procurement processes What you bring & who you are: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in procurement, business administration, or a related field Experience in operational procurement and strong knowledge of P2P and RfX processes Confident user of procurement systems such as SAP, Oracle, Ariba, Coupa, or Ivalua, as well as MS Office Strong communication and negotiation skills with a collaborative mindset Ideally, certifications in procurement processes such as CIPS Level 2 or 3 Very good German and English language skills Even if you do not meet every requirement, we encourage you to apply.
