You’ll ideally bring:

- Experience recruiting professional, technical or engineering talent
- Confidence managing a broad portfolio of roles across different disciplines and levels
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build trusted relationships with regional and senior leaders
- A proactive sourcing mindset and confidence approaching passive talent
- An interest in Graduate, Intern and early careers recruitment
- Strong communication, influencing and relationship-building skills
- Experience using recruitment systems and ATS platforms, with Workday experience highly regarded
- Confidence using emerging technology, AI-enabled tools and data insights to support smarter recruitment
- An agile, solutions-focused approach and the ability to adapt as regional hiring priorities change
- Flexibility to travel within Queensland as required
Experience recruiting within engineering, infrastructure, transport, resources, water, environment or buildings would be highly regarded.
