Leverage Offshore Expertise Put your 2+ years of offshore recruiting experience to good use by finding top talent across borders and time zones. You'll keep our pipeline full and help tackle any hurdles that come with global hiring. Build Strong Relationships You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to understand the unique needs of every role. Your insights on hiring trends and candidate markets will help us stand out. Deliver Great Candidate Experiences We want every candidate to leave with a positive impression of our process. You will be the friendly face (or voice) of AirTeams, ensuring people feel valued and informed throughout. Optimize and Innovate You will maintain our Applicant Tracking System, track key hiring metrics, and suggest new ways to make our recruitment process smoother and more effective. What You'll Bring Proven Offshore Recruitment Skills At least 2 years of experience in hiring talent across different countries.
