We’re looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join a busy, collaborative HR team within a leading professional services firm in Dublin.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll manage recruitment from initial briefing through to offer and onboarding, working closely with hiring managers and HR colleagues to attract great talent across both professional and business support functions.
Ideally, you’ll have experience in Talent Acquisition within a legal firm, professional services or advisory environment, with a good understanding of how a partnership structure operates. You’ll be comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders, sourcing hard-to-find talent directly and providing practical market insights to support hiring decisions.
Your role
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle across a range of professional and business support roles.
- Partnering with hiring managers on recruitment needs, search strategies and shortlists.
- Proactively sourcing candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, referrals and other channels.
- Building talent pipelines and developing strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
- Managing recruitment agencies where required, alongside offers, contracts and onboarding.
- Supporting employer branding, recruitment marketing and the wider candidate experience.
- Using recruitment data and market intelligence, including salary benchmarking, to inform hiring decisions.
- Contributing to the ongoing development of recruitment systems, processes and inclusive hiring practices.
What we’re looking for
- At least five years’ experience in Talent Acquisition and/or agency recruitment ideally within a legal, professional services or advisory environment, with exposure to a partnership structure.
- Strong direct sourcing skills and experience recruiting for specialist or hard-to-find roles.
- Confidence building relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leaders and partners.
- Experience with ATS platforms, recruitment reporting and market intelligence.
- Excellent organisation, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple vacancies in a fast-paced environment.
Working arrangements
This role is based in Dublin 2 and requires a strong on-site presence. You’ll be expected to work from the office five days per week during probation, moving to three to four days per week in the office following successful completion of probation.
If you enjoy working closely with the business, building relationships and finding great people in a competitive market, this is an opportunity to make a real impact within an established professional services environment.
