Tax Advisor - German Speaking A unique advisory firm based in Malta is seeking a German-speaking Tax Advisor to provide sound tax guidance to their German-speaking clientele. In this role, you will work closely with the Managing Director and Co-Founder, supporting clients based in both Germany and Malta. This is a hybrid role that offers a salary of up to €38K. Role & Responsibilities: Work with a diverse client portfolio based in Malta and Germany Produce accurate, timely, and compliant tax work in line with Maltese and German regulations Provide sound tax advice to the existing client portfolio Assist clients with tax planning, structuring, and compliance matters Prepare and review tax computations, returns, and related documentation Liaise with tax authorities and other relevant institutions on behalf of clients Support internal process improvements to ensure compliance and efficiency Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure alignment between tax and financial reporting Skills & Experience: Part-qualified in ACCA or holding a university degree in Accounting, Taxation, or a related field Fluent in German (non-negotiable) and English (written and spoken) Prior experience in a tax advisory or accounting environment Strong understanding of tax principles, compliance, and reporting Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, particularly in client-facing settings Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and approachable manner About this Role: Salary of up to €38K Hybrid working model Office is based in Ħ’Attard, Malta Friendly and supportive work environment Excellent career progression opportunities Apply with your CV in English, please. *JobMatchingPartner Limited is a recruitment agency licenced in Malta, EU with licence no EA00340-2024.
