Job Summary

Corporate Stalwarts is seeking a Tech & Business Development Intern for a dual-role position combining HR Tech support and B2B lead generation. The role offers hands-on exposure to recruitment technology, CRM systems, and business development processes.

Key Responsibilities

A. Technical Responsibilities (Approx. 2 Hours Daily)

• Assist in digital transformation of HR and recruitment operations
  

• Support implementation of HR Tech tools, HRMS, and workflow automation
  

• Maintain internal databases, dashboards, and reports
  

• Coordinate with internal teams for system updates and data management
  

B. Business Development Responsibilities

• Research potential clients across FMCG, Pharma, IT, and Manufacturing sectors
  

• Collect and organize data on decision-makers and company profiles
  

• Perform lead generation via LinkedIn and email outreach
  

• Maintain and update CRM records
  

• Assist in creating pitch decks and presentations
  

• Follow up with prospects and schedule meetings
  

Eligibility Criteria

Education

• BE/B.Tech (CSE/IT) – 2nd or 3rd Year OR
  

• BCA OR
  

• BBA/MBA/Commerce with strong technical inclination
  

Skills Required

• Strong written and verbal communication
  

• Basic understanding of technology and business processes
  

• Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets
  

• Familiarity with LinkedIn for research and outreach
