Technical GRC Specialist

The client is seeking a Technical GRC Specialist with deep expertise in ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM) to implement and operationalize Non-Financial Risk (NFR) frameworks. The specialist will ensure seamless integration of NFR processes into the GRC platform by optimizing access management, the data model, technical relationships, and coherence across modules. This is a full-time, long-term role based in Brussels with remote flexibility, starting as soon as possible.

Job Responsibilities

• Drive the implementation and operationalization of Non-Financial Risk (NFR) frameworks within the ServiceNow IRM/GRC platform.
• Ensure seamless integration of NFR processes into the GRC platform.
• Optimize access management within the ServiceNow IRM environment.
• Design, configure, and maintain the GRC data model to support robust and scalable NFR processes.
• Establish and maintain technical relations and coherence between different ServiceNow IRM/GRC modules.
• Bridge business needs with technical solutions to ensure robust and scalable GRC processes.
• Engage with diverse teams and stakeholders to simplify complexity and drive alignment.
• Ensure accuracy, compliance, and continuous improvement through a detail-oriented and data-driven approach.
• Take ownership of priorities and deliver high-impact outcomes autonomously.
  

Must Have Skills

• Proven expertise in ServiceNow IRM/GRC, including implementation, configuration, or technical maintenance.
• Strong technical and analytical skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Experience optimizing ServiceNow IRM access management, data models, and cross-module technical relationships.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Detail-oriented, data-driven, and capable of ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Autonomous, results-focused, and able to prioritize effectively.
  

Nice to have

• Experience implementing or operationalizing Non-Financial Risk (NFR) frameworks.
• Knowledge of GRC processes such as risk management, policy and compliance management, controls, assessments, issues, and remediation.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow platform integrations, workflows, reporting, and configuration best practices.
• Experience working with risk, compliance, audit, security, or business stakeholders in an enterprise environment.
• Ability to provide technical guidance and support end users or delivery teams.
