Job Description
This is a remote position.
As a Technical Implementation Specialist, you will perform technical configurations and deployment duties to ensure the successful adoption and long-term functionality of our solutions for clients. You will manage technical setups, coordinate integration workflows, troubleshoot deployment issues, and perform various tasks to facilitate seamless system implementation.
For this role, your duties would include the following:

Manage system configurations:
Schedule and execute software setups, integrations, and workflow deployments to meet client requirements.

Coordinate technical roadmaps:
Define implementation timelines, milestones, and resource requirements for new client onboarding.

Prepare technical documentation:
Develop and distribute configuration guides, API documentation, and system manuals as required.

Develop and manage technical environments:
Maintain stable test and production environments, including version control and digital architecture management.

Provide implementation support:
Host technical workshops, webinars, and hands-on training sessions for client system administrators.

Consult with stakeholders:
Collaborate with engineering, product, and customer success teams to align technical solutions with client needs.

Maintain data integrity:
Handle sensitive client data and system credentials with high security and discretion.

Perform system troubleshooting:
Identify, document, and resolve technical blockers or integration issues during the rollout phase.

Coordinate go-live activities:
Oversee data migrations, user acceptance testing (UAT), and final system hand-offs.

Manage technical metrics:
Track and report on implementation progress, system uptime, and key performance indicators (KPIs) through internal dashboards.

Provide database management:
Perform data mapping, cleansing, and entry support for complex customer integration projects.
Requirements
The following requirements apply for this role:
- Two years of experience as a solutions specialist, technical support officer, or in a related role.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Zoho Workplace apps (preferred), Microsoft 365 apps such as Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Google Workspace.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information.
- Strong diligence and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work in a challenging environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- High school diploma or higher degree in Computer Engineering (preferred), Computer Science (acceptable), Business Administration (relevant), or related fields.
Qualifications
The following are qualifications we consider as "Nice to Have":
- Experience working in a customer-facing role or in the tech industry.
- Familiarity with apps in Zoho One, Zoho Creator and Zoho Flow.
- Certification in Cloud Services or a related field.
