Technical Project Manager

At Sesamy, we are reshaping how publishers and content companies monetize digital media and subscriptions. As more partners adopt our platform, seamless delivery is critical to our growth. We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to lead onboarding and technical integrations from kick-off to launch, acting as the vital link between our customers, commercial teams, and engineering.

What you'll do

Integration Ownership & Project Delivery

• Lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and launch of customer integrations and technical delivery projects.
• Ensure projects hit agreed milestones, maintain high quality, and stay on schedule.
• Coordinate internal engineering resources alongside external partner development teams and third-party vendors.

Technical Discovery & Solution Scoping

• Participate in customer discovery sessions to understand architectures, identity models, and content workflows.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor: evaluate feasibility, identify constraints early, and recommend clean, scalable integration paths.
• Translate customer requirements into actionable, high-quality technical specifications and user stories for our developers.

Bridge Between Business & Tech

• Serve as the primary operational link connecting sales, customer success, and product/engineering.
• Communicate technical trade-offs clearly to non-technical stakeholders, and frame customer business value for developers.
• Collaborate with the product team to feed integration feedback and partner requirements into the core roadmap.

Process & Scale

• Design and refine delivery playbooks, checklists, and templates to cut time-to-value for new partners.
• Improve documentation, developer guides, and API integration resources to enable smoother partner rollouts.

Who you are

• Experience: Several years managing technical integrations, API implementations, or SaaS onboarding projects.
• Technical Comfort: Solid working knowledge of web technologies, REST APIs, webhooks, JSON, and identity/auth flows (OAuth, SSO, JWT). You don’t need to write production code, but you can read payload logs and use tools like Postman to debug.
• Client-Facing Acumen: Comfortable running workshops with senior enterprise clients, navigating technical concerns, and managing expectations.
• Structured Operator: Disciplined in project tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Linear, Notion), with an instinct for building reusable documentation.
• Languages: Professional working proficiency in both Swedish and English (written and spoken).
• Bonus Points: Background working with digital publishing, CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress), media paywalls, or subscription billing/checkout systems (e.g., Stripe).
