As a Technical Project Manager, you will be located in our Budapest office and will be responsible for managing and shipping our new features and products. We are looking for a rigorous and proactive Technical Project Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment. This position is open as a VIE (Volontariat International en Entreprise) assignment, for a duration of 12 to 24 months. You will work closely with engineers and product managers to ensure features are delivered on time and to spec, with a strong focus on clarity, coordination, and execution. Missions: Own the end-to-end delivery of features: from functional spec to production release Break down projects into tasks, track progress and remove blockers Write and maintain functional specifications in collaboration with product and engineering Review and challenge technical specs provided by the dev team Be the single point of contact between product, engineering, and business stakeholders Maintain project documentation up to date Anticipate risks, escalate early, and keep delivery on track 2+ years of experience in internet project management experience with Martech is a big plus: marketing tools such braze or Meta ads / tiktok ads experience with jira is a plus experience with AI is a plus A degree in computer science or business A good knowledge of internet as a user Capacity to analyse and understand the users needs Good time management and multitasking skills You like to to dive in the details of a project and understand the technical challenges Good communication skills Proven ability to work independently and from concept to execution Strong oral and written communication skills Ability to communicate technical concepts and results to a non-technical audience
