Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled Technical Recruiter to source, screen, and hire top tech talent. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements, attract candidates, and streamline the hiring process. Responsibilities: Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs. Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and networking. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews. Manage the hiring process from sourcing to onboarding. Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates. Stay updated on tech hiring trends and market demands. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. Proven experience in tech recruitment. Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems). Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
