Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role based in Mumbai, with flexibility for partial work from home. The Technical Recruiter will manage end-to-end hiring processes for technical and product roles, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating assessments. Daily responsibilities include partnering with hiring managers to define role requirements, maintaining talent pipelines, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle. The role also involves using recruitment tools and platforms, tracking key hiring metrics, and contributing to employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality technical talent.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting, with experience managing end-to-end hiring processes.
• Demonstrated expertise in Technical Recruiting and Hiring for engineering, data, and product roles.
• Excellent Communication skills, including clear written communication and confident, inclusive interviewing.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), sourcing tools, and professional networking platforms.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at different levels.
• Proven organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and follow-through.
• Prior experience recruiting in technology, fintech, or analytics-focused organizations is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
