We’re Hiring | Technical Sales Executive (Software & Cloud Solutions)

At AL Master, we are expanding our commercial team and looking for an ambitious, results-driven Technical Sales Executive to drive growth across our enterprise software, cloud, and digital solutions.
What You’ll Do:
- Technical Discovery & Consulting: Consult with prospective B2B clients, assess their technical infrastructure, and translate business challenges into tailored software solutions.
- Full Sales Cycle Ownership: Qualify inbound leads while proactively hunting for new opportunities through cold outreach (calling/emailing), LinkedIn social selling, and industry networking events.
- Solution Pitching & Scoping: Present technical concepts clearly to C-level and non-technical stakeholders, bridging client requirements with our development and architecture teams.
- Negotiation & Deal Closing: Handle technical and financial objections, negotiate contracts, and consistently meet/exceed revenue targets.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain structured pipeline reporting and deal stages inside our CRM.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: 1–3 years of proven B2B sales experience within a software house, tech vendor, or digital consultancy.
- Technical Acumen: Strong working knowledge across:
- Custom Web & Mobile App Development (iOS/Android)
- Enterprise ERP & CRM Systems
- Cloud Hosting, DevOps & Infrastructure Solutions
- UI/UX fundamentals & Technical Delivery Lifecycles
- Sales Craft: Demonstrated expertise in multi-channel prospecting (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold outreach, networking) and closing complex B2B deals.
- Communication: Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills in both Arabic and English.
- Mindset: Highly organized, resilient, and focused on consultative, value-based selling.
