Xcrowpay is looking for a Technical SEO Specialist to improve our search visibility, website performance, and organic growth.

We are primarily looking for someone who is strong in Technical SEO, with working experience across on-page SEO, content SEO, authority building, and SEO analytics.

What You'll Do

• Conduct technical SEO audits and identify issues affecting crawling, indexing, rankings, and website performance.
• Improve site architecture, internal linking, schema markup, sitemaps, Core Web Vitals, and other technical SEO elements.
• Work with our developers to implement and monitor technical SEO fixes.
• Handle on-page SEO and optimise key landing pages.
• Support our content SEO strategy through keyword research, search intent analysis, and content optimisation.
• Build quality backlinks and improve Xcrowpay's domain authority.
• Analyse competitor SEO strategies and identify opportunities.
• Track rankings, organic traffic, conversions, and overall SEO performance.
• Provide clear, actionable SEO reports and recommendations.
  

What We're Looking For

• Strong hands-on experience with Technical SEO.
• Good understanding of on-page, content, and off-page SEO.
• Experience with Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs/Semrush, Screaming Frog, PageSpeed Insights, or similar tools.
• Ability to diagnose SEO problems and work with developers to resolve them.
• Strong analytical and competitor research skills.
• Previous SEO results or case studies you can demonstrate.

Experience with fintech, SaaS, marketplaces, or technology companies is an advantage.
