This is 3 month contract opportunity.
- Provide hands-on administration and operational support for Jira and Microsoft Fabric environments.
- Manage user access, roles, permissions, and platform governance.
- Develop and maintain technical and architectural documentation.
- Facilitate architecture reviews and ensure solutions align with enterprise standards and policies.
- Support platform optimisation, issue resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Liaise with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and communicate solutions effectively.
- Contribute to technical planning, solution design, and implementation activities.
- Ensure compliance with organizational governance, security, and architecture frameworks.
- SFIA Level 4 Technical Specialist capability or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated hands-on experience administering Jira and Microsoft Fabric.
- Strong understanding of platform governance, user management, and operational support.
- Experience producing technical and architectural documentation.
- Ability to facilitate architecture reviews and collaborate with enterprise architecture teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and business audiences.
- Ability to explain architectural concepts and technical solutions to a range of stakeholders.
- Availability to work from the Brisbane office.
