Telecom Delivery Manager

Role: Telecom Network Delivery Manager (12-Month Contract)

Location: Manchester (Hybrid: 3 days/week in-office)

Status: Inside IR35

We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to oversee the end-to-end rollout of network assets and indoor cellular solutions. You will take projects from the initial physical survey stage through to live operational handover, ensuring all deployments meet strict time and budget constraints.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full lifecycle of indoor network deployments.
• Coordinate and manage small works contractors, main suppliers, and Openreach Fibre deliveries.
• Forecast stock requirements and manage project data builds for first-time site activation.
• Update and maintain project tracking tools (Site tracker, SAP, etc.).
• Deliver weekly governance reports and engage with stakeholders up to the Director level.

Experience Required:

• Proven background in Project/Delivery Management within the UK telecommunications sector.
• Expertise in vendor equipment, cell site deployment, and BTS rollouts (indoor solutions preferred).
• Experience managing external contractors and physical network logistics.
• Familiarity with telecom project tracking tools.
• Strong matrix management and senior stakeholder communication skills.
