Engage with leads through friendly and informative conversations, answering queries and providing insights about our offerings. Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets, turning prospects into satisfied customers! Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and sales outcomes in our system. Continuously learn about our products and services to effectively address customer needs and concerns. Collaborate with marketing to identify new sales opportunities. What You Bring: A minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in telesales or a related field. Exceptional communication skills with an enthusiastic and persuasive telephone manner. Proficiency in using CRM systems and basic computer applications. Ability to handle rejections and turn them into positive learning experiences.
