Third Party Risk Analyst

Role Description The Third Party Risk Analyst is a part-time hybrid role based in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates, with flexibility for some work from home. In this role, the analyst reviews and assesses third-party relationships, including vendors and service providers, to identify potential financial, operational, and compliance risks. Daily activities include conducting risk assessments, analyzing contracts and service agreements, monitoring performance metrics, and preparing clear reports and recommendations for leadership. The analyst collaborates with internal stakeholders such as finance, compliance, and operations to ensure that third-party engagements meet company standards and regulatory requirements. The role also involves maintaining risk documentation, supporting audits, and contributing to the development and improvement of third-party risk management frameworks and policies.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and demonstrated experience in Risk Analysis for assessing third-party relationships.
• Candidates should possess a solid foundation in Finance to understand financial exposure, cost implications, and vendor-related budgeting.
• Candidates should possess knowledge of Statistics to support data-driven risk assessments, trend analysis, and performance evaluation.
• Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills to prepare reports, present findings, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Relevant experience in risk management, compliance, or vendor management within financial services or insurance is beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, risk management, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, manage multiple priorities, and maintain confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive information.
