*JOB VACANCY: FLIGHT TICKETING REPRESENTATIVES (4 POSITIONS)*
*Travel Yakata | Lekki, Lagos*
Travel Yakata is a B2B IATA-accredited travel agency. We are growing our ticketing team and are looking for *4 skilled Flight Ticketing Representatives* who can start immediately.
*What you will do:*
▪️ Issue flight tickets accurately and on time
▪️ Void tickets within the required timelines
▪️ Re-issue and refund tickets (see "Added advantage" below)
▪️ Work live on Amadeus and Galileo to serve our agent and client bookings
*What we require (must-haves):*
▪️Proven experience *issuing and voiding tickets*
▪️ *Strong, hands-on knowledge of Amadeus and Galileo GDS*. You should work in them confidently without supervision
▪️Ability to *resume immediately*
*Added advantage:*
➕ if you have Experience with *re-issuing and refunding tickets*, your chances will be high but if not, we will train you
*How we work:*
*Office:* 2 days a week, physically at our Lekki office
*Remote:* the remaining days from home
*Shifts:* 8 hours per shift. We operate *24 hours every day*, so shifts *rotate*
*Salary & Compensation:*
▪️Salary Start from *₦200,000* and above *(very negotiable)*, but based on your experience and qualification
▪️There are *Monthly Performance bonus attached* when targets are met
*Who should NOT apply:*
